Celia Campbell (RN)  is a registered nurse with an extensive background in health care. Being a 4th generation health care professional she is very passionate about every aspect of proper medical care. Celia studied at UMHB and completed her training at Baylor Scott & White Hospital located in Temple, Texas

Joe Harris - Consultant Class 40 / Racing Coach

Sunderlands Yacht Management has been owned and operated by British-trained Shipwright,  Laurence Sunderland since 1990.   Growing up on the southern coast of England, Laurence grew up on the water, learning to sail before learning to ride a bike.

From his beginnings in the UK, to his nine years in Australia, to his present home near Los Angeles, Laurence has been involved in seafaring for most of his life, learning a love of sailing and yachting from his parents at an early age. (Click Photo For Full Bio)

I am very excited to be a part of this incredible journey. I am both immensely proud and yes a little nervous about the challenge my father is taking, what daughter wouldn't be. I know that if he sets his mind to something he will see it through. As you can see, he has surrounded himself with an awesome team of other sailing professionals and so I know he is in good hands. While it is a Solo Circumnavigation attempt, it is a team effort to manage something this huge. Thinking about it can be a little overwhelming. It is a global event involving other countries, teachers from other countries, a major sporting event  and charity drive combined with an educational component as well. I am very proud to be a part of such a memorable event for my father , the children we are supporting and the followers as well. Dave Rearick, of Bodacious Dream fame, is an accomplished and well respected sailor across the sport of sailing.  He has circumnavigated the globe successfully and continues to be a driving force in the sport of sailing.  His accolades are too numerous to list here.

Bonn is a uniquely talented communications specialist . Her languages include English, Spanish and Sign Language.  She has the very unique ability to analyze difficult communicative obstacles and effectively resolve challenging situations.  She also possesses the ability to recognize and appropriately handle online and real world security concerns. Bonn is an adventuring spirit and has a passion for exploring this vast world that we all call home. That , along with her unique communication skills and sensitivities make her an invaluable asset to the team. 

Aron is a geek at heart who is torn by his love for National and State Parks. He has worked many facets of the I.T. industry but specializes in hardware wizardry..

Laura has the distinction of being the youngest to ever circumnavigate the globe solo departing at the age of 14 and finishing when she was only 16.  She has a tremendous amount of talent and unique knowledge of the southern oceans and boat systems. Hello fellow friends! I am Bria Bucurenci, spiritual advisor and positive uplifter. I have been working on my mind for quite some time now and I'm ready to make a difference with it. I love life, believe we should be the best we can be, and that we should follow our dreams no matter what. That's why Eddie's dream is something I can stand behind, not only because I have a passion for sailing, but because I admire his ambition to chase his dreams and sail around the world solo. I'm proud to be a part of such an amazing campaign and be a light for Eddie as he embarks on an adventure of a lifetime. Being at sea for months at a time with no human interaction is tough for any human being. I hope to make the experience a bit easier, and serving on the security team as well to help keep our skipper safe.
